Listening comes first
Before I design a campaign or write a headline, I try to understand the people behind the problem: their goals, fears, and motivations.
That is most of what I do. I sit with a complicated product until I understand it well enough to say it plainly, and then I build everything else on top of that sentence: the launch, the campaigns, the sales deck, the reporting that proves it worked.
My journey started with one question: what does the customer truly need to understand? I was studying entrepreneurship in Uppsala at the time, on a Swedish Institute Scholarship, a long way from the small town in Indonesia I grew up in. That question turned out to be the whole job.
Growing up in Indonesia, studying in Sweden, and now working in B2B SaaS and AI in Germany taught me something I use constantly: the same message does not land the same way twice. What reads as confident in one market reads as arrogant in another. So I stopped writing for markets and started writing for people, and the work got better.
These days I lead marketing for technical products, and I still care most about the moment someone reads a page and thinks oh, that is what this is.
How I work
Before I design a campaign or write a headline, I try to understand the people behind the problem: their goals, fears, and motivations.
I connect business goals with customer insight, then turn complex ideas into clear strategies that founders, product, and sales teams can actually run.
Empathy turns strategy into stories that move people. I craft narratives that hold up across markets, cultures, and audiences.

Members in the community I founded
I share ideas about marketing, creativity, and education with a community that grew far past anything I planned. I also founded a space for Indonesians pursuing education abroad, built around knowledge exchange rather than gatekeeping.
Away from a screen: cooking, badminton and martial arts, and a long-running interest in women's economic empowerment.
If you are building something meaningful and want a marketing partner who listens before pitching, I would love to hear from you.
